“If you don’t know where you are going, any plan will get you there!”  Effective planning helps organizations to be proactive rather than reactive in relation to change. Effective planning acknowledges both organizational strengths and weaknesses, and considers both opportunities and threats.  Planning is vital to the success of any organization.  While the planning process can contain a number of steps (vision, strategic goals, action items, benchmarks, evaluation), it need not be over complicated.  Our planning workshops move an organization through a step-by-step process that will lead to well-developed and applicable organization plan.
